During the 4th International Leadership Summit held in Arua under the theme “Leadership with Relevance,” Jesus Cares Developmental Organisation brought together pastors, educators, missionaries, youth leaders, and development partners from across East and Central Africa to promote impactful and Christ-centered leadership. The organisation hosted leadership empowerment sessions, mentorship programs, and interactive discussions aimed at equipping leaders with practical skills to address modern social, spiritual, and community challenges.
The summit emphasized servant leadership, integrity, education, youth empowerment, and humanitarian service as key pillars for transforming communities. International and local speakers shared experiences on relevant leadership in ministry, governance, and development work, encouraging participants to become agents of positive change in their nations. Jesus Cares Developmental Organisation also organized ordination and recognition ceremonies to honor dedicated leaders who have contributed greatly to ministry and community development.
Through the summit, the organisation strengthened regional partnerships, inspired unity among leaders, and reaffirmed its mission of empowering communities through faith-based leadership and sustainable development initiatives in Uganda and beyond.
